I noticed elitter.net pool went down yesterday and is back today, however with a number of miners presenting amazingly high (unrealistic for X11?) hashrates, to the total of 30G. Provided that single GPU can mine at most 6MHs, that would be equivalent of at least 5000 top of the range GPUs. There is single miner presenting 10GH/s, i.e. more than 2000 GPUs and 3x more than the global pool rate 3GH/s, last time I looked.
This smells funny. Are these real numbers? I wonder what is going on.
EDIT: never mind, the numbers are now at normal levels, to the total of 40MHs. Seems like a glitch during software upgrade.
