Do real R&D with treasury

we have lot of excess money being left out from treasury every month even after paying full market rates for all the developers

Should we focus on real R&D types of use cases like may be smart contracts or something more interesting

lets build real Blockchain R&D team that does cutting edge experimental research

The roadmap for Evolution is fully clear so technically its no longer under R&D

There will be very little left this month but I understand what you are saying. I am sure what Evan is working on is R&D - I have no clue if he will be submitting treasury proposals. It makes sense to me that some % of funding should be spent on the "future."

This wouldn't have been a problem had a non-retarded budget methodology been chosen.

Those "visionaries" were run off by core. There's no one left but the scammers, and MNOs who can't be bothered to vote because they know it's a lost cause.
