Dash wallet pick inputs for transaction in a strange way

I've made a transaction using 'sendtoaddress' command. The transaction managed to get to the block and everything seems to be fine, but the problem is, that Dash wallet choose 2 inputs to create that transaction, when first choosen inputs had sufficient ammount of coins.

Is this some king of a bug?
