Dear Community Members,

It’s a pleasure to inform you that after much preparation and arduous work, we will begin trialing our Customer Service Desk on the main Dash website between Tuesday, 22nd of May and Friday, 25th of May. This short trial is intended to help us gauge customer traffic and prepare our staff for a full launch in coming weeks. Customer Service Desk is being currently operated by a dedicated team of 2 long-term Dash supporters and community members: Pablo Lema (@fible1) and @splawik21.

Although there are other Service Desk offerings, such as our friends at Dash Venezuela, to the best of our knowledge, Dash Core Customer Service Desk will be the first of its kind in the cryptocurrency ecosystem. This is likely the first time a Customer Support portal manned by contributors of the Dash Core Group, and with the resources and access to the team members, will be launched for the benefit of all Dash users.

The support desk is currently featured on the dash.org domain at https://support.dash.org/ . This page has not, until now, been publicly advertised and we will be adding a link from the main website to the support portal for the purposes of this trial. It is important to note that although we have not announced this service, we have already responded to over 1500 tickets created by users in the last few months.

We expect there to be hiccups along the way, but most of these should be worked out by the time the service desk launches in full. As always, please feel free to reach out to me directly via email if you experience any issues or have any suggestions.

We encourage all community members to make ample use of the Service Desk during the trial period for as diverse a set of issues as possible to help us improve and create the tools needed for a full launch.
