Dash scalability

By the way, if I have a masternode and vote on a budget, then move the 1000 DASH to a new address to start a different masternode, can I vote twice? Curious if there is a mechanism to prevent people from voting multiple times just by repeatedly moving their masternode around.

NOPE, the vote goes off the voting system.
When the vin is moved than the vote goes down.
Our dev team though of that too ;)
