We dearly submit our pre proposal to the network for accessment and contribution in order to create the best solution for Dash MassIve Usage in Africa.

Proposal Summary
A proposal that aims to achieve Business Development Plan for self-sustaining team by introducing Dash Hub products and services, Add value to existing and potential Merchants through Mainstream Media Splash and Adverts. Development of Cost effective Vendors (Brick and Mortar)-centric strategy for Dash to scale accordingly in KUMASI (2nd city of Ghana)

Problem Statement
Following DASH Core CEO (Ryan Taylor) view on Community Q&A for last month is now available:https://www.dash.org/forum/threads/community-q-a-september-2018.40986/

"The DAO has an abundance of projects aimed at education, information-sharing, news-sharing, and websites to make the DAO more effective. These are important projects, and the local knowledge that oftentimes comes with these projects can be valuable at expanding Dash adoption. The DAO would benefit from the addition of local channel partners that are already in the payments space to help drive adoption to existing merchants and users. These could include payment processors, gateways, merchant acquirers, point-of-sales system vendors and servicers, independent sales organizations, loyalty & rewards programs, or even industry associations. A single partner in one of these categories - if done correctly - can help Dash scale its acceptance quickly to a large number of merchants. In addition, more local fiat on and off ramps in markets Dash lacks connectivity would be highly beneficial. The community can play a key role in introducing Dash to these types of services and requesting its integration"

We have decided to scale accordingly to achieve this goal through this proposal.

1. Business Development Plans
Dash Hub KUMASI is a subsidiary company of Dash Hub Africa which currently operates in 8 Africa countries. As we plan to start Business of Dash usage, acceptance and integration the team plan to create an enabling environment centred on Merchants/Agent Adoptions with sustainable growth at low fees by introducing Dash Hub Products and Services.

2. Media Splash And Adverts
Public media (use of television and radio) has been a good innovation and an efficient means of advertising and marketing of businesses, products and services across the world today. Thus, the effects of public media promotion in business growth is inevitable in today’s world and has been the key factor that drive the positive trend of information growth.

3. Development of Cost effective Vendors (Brick and Mortar)-centric strategy where we provide market for both Merchants and Agents spending Dash.

Not a lot of specifics on how you plan to achieve your adoption goals, that is the biggest thing I see voters wanting to see right now, is more specific information.

Merchant adoption should be the #1 priority, and everything else should serve that.

This is how Dash Venezuela has been so successful, so focus on that, LeoGriz said you could reach out to him on this thread, he can help you formulate a more specific plan.

In a quest to continue growing Dash in Africa, Dash Hub KUMASI is focused on Merchants, Business Integration and Dash Liquidity (Buy-Back and Sell-off to create a complete ecosystem)

Business Development Plan and Self Sustaining Strategy is needed to achieve this goal of Increasing Merchants and Businesses.
