1) @63 dash per month the price of this proposal seems good
2) from briefly looking at it, like the focus of altsavings, ie. savings + purchase power protection vs fiat currency. The exchange link doesn't bring up an exchange--and faq page is blank. This site might be ready in 2019?
3) regarding the spending Dash side of things with dashcart--what is the incentive for people to want to spend Dash? ie. the Nigeria is on the top 20 list of global leaders in inflation, so the perspective that incentive-wise they will want to spend their bad money (ie. Naira), and save their good money (ie. Dash)

No, it will be fully ready in a month time after the proposal passes so we can pay programmers to finish up, we are also partnering with crowdnode to provide MNO services for our savers. So as soon as a client saved up to One dash he or she will be able to connect into the crownode cold wallet and setup account to join a Node and can also follow though with rewards and all from altsaving.com. The clients will be able to see how much have been converted to Dash from naira and how much he or he makes from his node and can withdraw anytime.

3. the incentive for does who want to spend dash? 5% discounts on all services. 35,000 naira is the flat rate for local flight booking in Nigeria but when a client pay with Dash he pays 30,000 naira and save 5,000 naira. All services of Dash carts are going to be 5% discounts.

So what we creating is an easy way to convert bad money (naira) to good money (dash) and also generate income from the good money(crowdNode) and then spend your interest via the dashcarts services without having reason to convert to bad money again.

So this proposal will boost daily transaction and monthly investments in Dash in a easy way. As soon as the Vaultoro team are done with integration we will be having another feature that allows investors to convert their Dash to Gold easily.
 
Interesting proposal. How exactly would Uber drivers be able to be paid in Dash or BTC? At the moment, Uber does not offer cryptocurrency payments on their platform anywhere in the world.
