connecting to peers

Tried that. Took about 18 hours. Still stuck at the same place.
Another thing I tried was invalidating the most recent block it has.
 
Then you need to do a fresh sync, goto your Dashcore folder in Roaming and remove or delete every folder & file but wallet.dat, make sure you are on the latest version of Dashcore, v0.14.0.3, and do a fresh sync.
