The Dash artwork is trademarked, which is owned by the irrevocable trust set up by Core. But it's free to use so long as you're not using it in a way that reflects badly on Dash or is a dishonest scam of some kind.

in that case it's more about the name not the artwork.
especially the name in combination with the product.
Did you click the link?

but anyway not sure if we can or want to do something?

Probably this turns into a problem:
https://www.hardwarezone.com.sg/tec...sias-first-cross-border-mobile-payment-option

This company provides payment services and due to the use of QR codes it may be ambiguous for the average Joe which service he will use.
Secondly - and this is serious - all merchants who signed up with them are definitely not using DASH.org anymore.

My suggestion would be to sign up and call the DASH Thailand embassy for legal action in another proposal.

Legal action?

We should be happy they don't sue us.

Their domain was created in January 2012. A full 2 years before Darkcoin and over 3 years before the Dash rebrand.
