As you may know I am involved (as a supporter and friend of the team, i'm not a dev) in the development of the Bitsquare project.

You can check about the project here:

https://bitsquare.io

Basically is a p2p exchage from BTC-FIAT FIAT-BTC and BTC-Altcoins Altcoins-BTC.

Of course Bitsquare will support Dash and many others (Monero, Peercoin, etc.)

The development is near to the end, and Bitsquare will be released very soon. This will be a big improvement for all Bitcoin and Altcoin ecosystem IMO.

I am looking for some documentation for the arbitrtration system for the anonymous altcoins, Dash, Cryptonote coins (Monero, Bytecoin, etc..) and Anoncoin.

Manfred (the main dev) is busy with tons of work at the moment and asked me to ask around for opinions and documentation about it.

Do you know any good documentation about multisig with Dash and cryptonote coins or other systems availabe similiar to multisig?

Are all this anon coins easy auditable by an arbitrator on the blockchain? What difficulties we may encounter with it? Do they all support viewkeys?

Any help will be very appreciated.

Dash as Bitcoin clone supports multisig by design. The same documentation about Bitcoin multisig also applies to Dash. We once did a small tutorial on how to use multisig
addresses via CLI, maybe it is useful -->
