Any news about Asian ban?

Hello,
if anyone from Core Team have any news about Dash ban in Asia - it's good time to share with others.

Hi, Dash is not baned in most Asia countries as an asset, but baned as a payment method like any other crypto in China.

Privacy coins have been under ban in Japan for a while, affects ZEC and XMR too. Our treasury funded a request to get
a legal opinion from a Japanese law firm so our core group can take it to regulators there. Still being worked on.

Is it that bad only in Japan? or in China, too?

Does VPN help Japanese people to hold Dash?

Dash is not the privacy coin, is it? If it's not, then why is it baned?

Dash is primarily a payment coin but has optional coin mixing in its core wallet and is classed as a privacy coin by some regulators.

I think it is only banned in Japan, along with Monero and Zcash. It's technically still not illegal to hold dash but you cannot really trade them on exchanges there.
As far as I know it is not banned in other Asian countries.
