Android Wallet - Not transmitting

Hello,

I swept 3 paper wallets into my Android wallet and tried sending the coins but after two hours it still says "This payment has not been transmitted yet." There is a green circle besides each sweep below that. The Network fee is .001.

Any way to redo this transaction? The wallet seems functional otherwise.

I can get out of the so called freeze by going under settings/diagnostics and resetting block chain.
It was able to send Dash but not the max amount in the wallet. I had enough in there as it wouldn't let me send it otherwise, but for some reason, I can't send the total amount???
