what about the "Dash state project" .... you know get all of the most active Dash users to move to a state to influence the monetary system in that state. ;-)

It is a top priority but we can't count on .001 always being a small amount in terms of fiat (USD for me). At $1,000 that become $1 - that is pricey especially if there are multiple inputs in a transaction.

I agree there should be a focus on getting in every POS retail / ecommerce situation possible. Like where is the simple code I can add to a website to accept Dash? If it is there and easy why don't I know about it? What is this killer feature that is rotting?
