The meetings all are talking about are board meetings, not member meetings. Members do have a voice, but it is an indirect one (they can raise any concern to any of the board members). We meet roughly every month to go over the main topics for Dash, but we are in constant contact via email, so...

Nǐ Hǎo China! We finally have the Chinese translation of dashpay.io live. It took more time than expected because the plugin that manages the translations had some trouble with Chinese, but we were able to find a workaround. As always, all the work in Chinese has been done by Alexy and Raico...

Yeah, I had not heard about them before and just noticed the other day in coinmarketcap. I was aware that they were listed in dashpay.io, but I thought they were just another no-volume-exchange. Anyway, I'm happy that there are alternatives out there :)
