I have. Are you certain your interpretation (or Dash Core's) does not include an element of "wishful thinking"?... Not trying to spread FUD, just trying to be realistic. I believe most think it is not a security, because they believe the following statement to be false:
"any profit comes...
Sorry, but you are incorrect. Masternodes make it a security. Money is tied up/invested with an expectation of profits or set dividends. This makes it a security.
No FUD, just facts.
That's the existing solution, and yes we could update the wallet, but that does very little to solve the problem. We do not have control over 3rd party wallets, and we do not have control on how exchanges present Dash. They will most likely continue to display Dash they way they do today, and...
Yes, there is a clear psychological barrier to purchasing based on price. Average people don't understand the concept of market cap. That's part of the reason, Ripple's at $14 billion market cap, ethereum's $9 billion, and nem's $2 billion.
I proposed to solve this a different way in another...
I think in the short term we are heading down... Natural market forces which happen regardless of the work we are doing. Once Evolution is released and InstantSend is presumably fixed as part of it, I think we will go parabolic, similar to others that are on the path to solving instant...
The Core team works for us... not the other way around. I'm pretty sure everyone here realizes governance questions are not something to be toyed with. That's why we've had very few in the history of the proposals. Projects and most functionality should be handled by Core, however, there...
Thanks for the updates. That makes a lot of sense. I can see how low liquidity can result in low volumes even with high demand. If the proposal is made, it will have my vote.
Love the idea, and love your ambition. The only way we'll be able determine how well it works is to try it. This will have my vote. Thanks for all the work you do to spread Dash awareness.
I agree, but I think what we've learned from this, is at a minimum, we need to have a one year exclusivity agreement that would include any cryptos forked from Dash. This should be a default contract for all future funding.
The idea is "ok". Sorry to be blunt, but... the claims that Jerry made regarding him propelling Dash to #1 through a business like this are reminiscent of a used car salesman. People tend to think that having a good idea you can just create an online business and be an instant success...
I like the idea and would probably vote yes depending on how much your asking for. How long has your exchange been around and what is the growth rate? Will this proposal include integration for InstantSend?
Also, for people to feel comfortable voting on this proposal you'll need to prove you...
