Checked with your Tx on explorer, The transactions is already included on block #332420. You should see transaction on your wallet already if not, please check your sync status and wallet version. we are now on v0.12.0.53 http://dashpay.io/downloads
FYI, If your wallet is v11, we already hard forked please update asap.

Bter is really not the best option honestly
(i helped another member some month ago with a big big amount of coins stuck there, he got it back eventually)

so the coins left Polo ?
is on the blockchain ?
but never made it to your Bter Wallet ?

Send Bter an email and ask what is going on,

yes...Thank's for reply, I 've contacted the admin Bter
I know it ... given the case in the past. I am confused if many exchanges are experiencing this problem, such as bad suport in cryptsy and repair coin purse which was never completed, Bter with poor security systems, allcoin, vircurex . if such is how bitcoin will evolve ... ? investors will lose confidence in the exchange , and if left unchecked could be as the end of cryptocurency.

depends on the exchanges ! there are enough other who are fast and super secure (i think)
Bter (and any chinese) had abad bad rep for good reason.
polo i never had problem.

there are some good ideas regarding securer/ decentralised exchanges and such
that market will evolve as everything else in crypto
so i think that will be ok in the long run.
But sure , every hack is bad PR for crypto, i agree.
