In order to buy DASH you need to buy it from someone who is selling. The coin exchanges like cryptsy/bitfinex/poloniex/bter are where people sell it.

I find the best way into holding cryupto is to skip all that, and sell some stuff on a darknet market. It doesn't have to be illegal stuff, just treat it like ebay. Get paid in crypto. Shapeshift.io whatever they pay with into Dash.
Hell of a lot better than giving out bank info to exchanges and all the regulatory BS.

If you are in Brazil, there are already three ways to buy or sell DASH using Brazilian Reais (without BTC):

things are changing fast, so till the end of this month bitfinex is still on the board, after this period, ciao ciao.
I think I`ll choose bittrex or poloniex or meaby polish one if I get finally some good response from my local exchange..
