I've been contacting a lot of major VPNs (so far I've contacted everyone on this list) and decided to catalog their responses in case anyone else wants to help make the push to get them started with accepting Darkcoin.
The responses are in the next few posts and are sorted in reverse chronological order. The companies are organized alphabetically. The only editing I've done on the responses is omitting my name and the agent's name that responded to my inquiry.
To better facilitate follow-up I've also added when I last had contact with each company.
So far I've been sending either this (if they currently accept BTC):
Or this (if they do not currently accept BTC):

Hello,
I noticed that [company] is very privacy oriented and currently accepts Bitcoin as payment. I was wondering if [company] would be interested in adding the privacy-centric cryptocurrency Darkcoin as well?
Darkcoin acceptance would ensure privacy on the payment end for customers that want (or need) additional privacy afforded by this privacy-centric cryptocurrency.
You can find out more about Darkcoin here:
https://www.darkcoin.io/about/what-is-darkcoin/
Along with Darkcoin most other major cryptocurrencies can be easily exchanged for cash (with very low fees) by either of these companies:

Thank you

Hello,
I am interested in [x]'s VPN services but noticed that there are no anonymous payment methods currently available. I was wondering if [x] would be interested in adding the privacy-centric cryptocurrency Darkcoin as payment to give it's customers an anonymous payment method?

Here are a couple of sites that will instantly exchange Darkcoin (and other cryptocurrencies) to cash for a low fee:
