RC4 Compliant Mining Pools vs Non-Complying

This is where I get really confused. I don't understand how an RC3 pool can payout to an RC4 masternode...

because the enforcment is on OFF mode....

If Evan press the button ON... all RC3 pools MNs are denied instantly

I assumed that RC3 pools can't see RC4 nodes because the number of times I was not getting paid by pools on RC3.

Please mine on pool that have been fully upgraded to RC4 !

Help by sending the pool on RC3 a friendly reminder to update to RC4 version

I think some pools like ghash.io never check the coins activity, so they are only updating as soon as they notice all their blocks get orphaned. I say let's enforce :)
85.94% blocks payed, 63.72% of total blocks payed correctly :)

Vertoe I think now is the great opportunity.
The price is low if enforcment does not work the price will not go down much anyway ;)

Is there a risk of unexpected fork with enforcement? How big is it now? 37% or 15%?

If a clear date/time is established for the enforcement to go active, most of the 10% paying pools would switch to the correct percentage (maybe not the chinese x11*) prior to the switch (even non-paying would probably pay easily, code is available for all mining software). The risk of fork would be very low.

Should be easy to test on testnet if we manage to get the same ratios (more or less), from a few minutes ago figures:
- Majority of pools paying 20% and RC4 (68%)
- Some pools paying 10% and RC4 (17%)
- Some not paying at all (12%)
- I think the rest is negligible (non-RC4 paying either 10 or 20%).

Then Evan flip the switch on testnet and we see the behavior. I can bring up 15 masternodes and a p2pool. I can provide CPU hash power.

I heard one time that you need to be very lucky to be unlucky like in this case ;)

Enforcment will be pushed in RC5...finally,...
Dont worry, my last 29 payments 10 of them are innmlist or not_detected, so ~66% are paid rest not.

Where do you read that? Didn't evan say we might push out enforcement earlier if rc4 works stable enough?

I`ve already finished informing all bad actors again to move their ass on RC4 ;)
