I have a question about the Masternode. Is it held for some random amount of time? before it moves to another node?

Masternodes have a collateral address that must keep an exact balance of 1000 Dash. They do not move around, but some Masternode owners do periodically take down their Masternodes and "respin" them, most likely for privacy reasons. Most Masternode owners do not, however and we maintain a steady number of masternodes that service the network continually for long periods of time.
