This proposal provides continued funding for development resources for the Evolution team, adjusted to the current exchange rate and current team costs. The original proposal can be found here: https://www.dash.org/forum/threads/proposal-evolution-development-subcontractors.9736/
We are currently supporting ten developers including five part-time, and now five full-time roles with these funds - to help accelerate Evolution. Part of the team is also dedicated to integration activities as required. This is two additional full-time roles over the previous month. One developer that will shift to full-time in about one more month as they transition from existing jobs. So, we expect to have six full-time developers onboard by the end of April.
In addition, given the less constrained budget, we are increasing salaries for several of our developers to still below market rates. These individuals came on board at very low rates under the understanding that we have very constrained budgets and that as funds became available, we would begin moving them toward market rates over time. Given the recent price appreciation, we feel we can safely commit to this increased level of funding.
