No. The time online, or on a particular IP address doesn't make any difference.
And, you don't need to move your funds when moving your node, just wait 90 minutes after shutting down the node before starting up the next one.
You can even use the same masternodeprivkey if you feel like it. After 90 minutes, the network will have forgotten the old entry.
