MN Budget governance

Hi,
I'm exploring Dash's governance feature with testnet. I can able to prepare, submit, vote for a test proposal and even I could see it in the finalized proposals list but on arrival of super block, the budget is not getting at dash's address. Can any one please help me?

I saw someone with a similar problem on Discord recently. You might be requesting too much budget, try for a smaller amount.

Max budget is 60 tDash on testnet

I just tried for 20 tDash. I could able to see my budget in final budget list also but not sure what is the eligibility criteria for minting budget amount after voting for final budget.
Is there any other criteria for it?
