The locals pointed out that the cyrlic in there is wrong for half the population
(i have no access to that)

as everybody is complaining again and again,
maybe you can just take the "International Section" off the
recent post list ? (or make it selectable)
hopefully we will have much more action on the international side, and somehow
everybody things they have to complain about me (+my posts)
