WHAT WE WANT TO DO?

  • Introduce Dash into a constant growing market of labor activities covering more than 100 million of active workers.
  • Increase the Dash visibility as a cryptocurrency with high versatility of payment method utility.
  • Adoption campaign through practice use of Dash.
  • Spread out the exposition range of Dash in a growing market of Internet workers.
  • Expand Dash utility as a payment method to obtain professional services via Internet focus in projects.
  • Expand Dash as a cryptocurrency that can be obtain as a principal source of income.
  • Encourage the creation of more self-sustaining ecosystems that use Dash as Exchange principal method.

FREELANCE?


Freelance is an activity realized by a person who works by his own or is dedicated to do projects autonomously that allows development in their profession.

Been a freelancer is relatively simple, in theory any person with access to internet could offer their services or work skills in return of a monetary remuneration, whatsoever is not simply is been a successful freelancer; which carry a great process of learning based on trial and error.

Quality, efficiency and experience define the people inside the Freelance world; is an economic activity of high level competitive, your skills are compare against millions of people that expose their services as the best of their entry. The conventional freelancer obtain their first profit by completed work between 2 and 3 months after starting into this world. Even though, exist 53 million of freelancer in Latin America.

The freelancer profile is a perfect target for DASH adoption because it have technology knowledge and a payment method based in Internet. In addition, they are a quantity of workers in constant growth who own more adquisition power and more consumption via Internet. And they all have one major problem in common, which is the ease of use of your money effort from your work.

HUITPRO will recruit, train and encourage the big Freelancer community around the world to use Dash in substitution of the conventional payment method, to earn income through our platform.


ADOPTION

The true adoption of a Project with such a good projections as DASH must foundation on in its daily use as a versatile, quick and low transaction fee cryptocurrency. Not everyone is able to use Dash in their daily routine because most of the payments and transactions they ought to do are in Fiat money. BUT NOT EVERYONE WHO HAVE FIAT MONEY CAN SPEND THEIR FIAT TO ACQUIRE SERVICES IN INTERNET EASILY. In addition, is even more difficult to receive money via Internet in exchange of a service due to the large amount of regulations and restrictions that have the processors of conventional payment specially for people that does not have access to usd bank accounts.

Dash can be obtained using another cryptocurrency or FIAT, but exist a large amount of people interested in obtaining Dash in other ways like offering a service. HUITPRO will be the link between the human work and the remuneration in Dash, through a dynamic web platform and a friendly interface where the freelancers could offer their services and skills in exchange for Dash.

Likewise, exist a community even bigger that wish to use Dash to obtain more variety of services in Internet.

HUITPRO will provide a direct expansion of Dash utility, offering a rich marketplace of freelance services where any Dash user can request many kinds of services or work in an easy, fast and secure way.

PORTAL WEB PERFORMANCE

The freelance platform performance is based in three important fundaments: The escrow system, the dispute system and Dash transactions. Besides the terms of the parts that participate in the platform.


Escrow system

Procedure where is generated a deposit contract that guarantees the payment. It must do the following steps:

  1. The user that request a service (the client), post the project that wants to be done in the platform.

  2. Then the client receives different proposals of freelancers and he chooses the work that will be done.

  3. When the work proposal is chosen, the client transfers the Dash funds anticipated to the platform so Huitpro reserves the money.
  4. When the work is done and accepted by the client, he will release the payment and will be transferred to the freelancer. This will increase the confidence between the client and the freelancer in the payment transaction.
The client will have the following advantages:


  • Guarantees that he will receive the requested service.

  • Eliminate the fear of giving the payment before the freelancer finish the requested work.

  • If the service requested by the client does not fit with the expectations, it can be request a dispute process where the client could obtain a refund of the payment and could hire another freelancer.

In addition, the freelancer has the following advantages:

  • Guarantees and secures the payment.

  • Guarantees that the payment will be delivered on time when the Project is completely finished.

  • It allows that remote works be secure and trustworthy.

  • The dispute system will allow the freelancer guard his work in the case the client does not approve it.

The proposal has many improvements. From the Budget partition in two stages to the creation of an exclusive contract directly with the Core Team.
There are no broad changes since the community generally likes our proposal. We have a great project in our hands that has progressed constantly, last month we were not approved due to the low budget that there was. We are really cheap as a proposal. We know that we are not yet recognized in the community and therefore we adjusted our budget as much as possible to make it viable for Dash.
 
You have been pumping scammy proposals and trying use the treasury to get handouts one way or another for buying dining sets and carpets.
Earlier it was some drone racing, now it is something else. Money at all costs is what you want, without any background.
@AshFrancis and @JOL were right when they pointed this out.

Can you explain why should the treasury be on the hook for buying you $1800 airconditioners and expensive decorations.
The treasury is not meant for funding welfare and help proposal owners construct swanky offices and studios.
I see another 5 dash being burnt.

Hello! I appreciate your constant interest in helping us improve our proposals every day. It is always good to obtain objective criticism.
We have been working for more than 4 months on this project. As we mentioned in the official document, this is not simply a proposal for adoption. We focus on creating the bridge between Dash's disruptive technology and the online worker community. (Freelancres).
We have the potential to carry out a great project that will last over time as it poses self-sustainability due to the nature of the freelance platform. We are much cheaper than many proposals and the result is totally quantifiable and tangible as soon as HuitPro becomes operational.
We have the public that wants to work there, demographically we are located in the best possible region due to the low operating costs and the high number of available workers. And we will contribute greatly to give economic support to all those people who want to be part of the new Dash Nation
I would like to compare our budget and what we propose to achieve with this against any other proposal. we have tight budget

Hi. I'm glad you aimed your eyes at us so early. It is difficult to find objective feedback today.

Out of context any extract of our budget can be misinterpreted. I explain. A pleasant work environment is the secret of any healthy enterprise. It is invaluable that workers in headquarters feel comfortable with their facilities and work environment.

We want to carry out a project with great projections that be in the eyes of many people, making it a possible target of any misunderstandings of the language.

(Air condition + Decorations) = (Good image and self-sustainable infrastructure with good projections over time)

Huitpro was designed and made to use only Dash. In fact we are in the process of joint exclusive agreement to core team. It is soon to be finished and signed.
We would like to know what functionality or what type of platform you expect to find once we launch it. It would be good to have a vision of the Dash community. If you like the operational outline of our platform you could be kind and donate Dash to get back together in Dashcentral, your collaboration is always important together we add more than each one separately.

We have already done it, we have paid for marketing design and infrastructure. The project is in the process of being developed as we have already mentioned since last year. 5 Months of operational expenses, personnel and designs.
we are one of the few proposals that are introduced in the network after a time of product development. There is no previous work to make proposals for events in general. We are developing a very cool platform do not forget this. You'll like it a lot

We have the marketing package ready. We have not put it into operation publicly, since we did not want to cause any kind of inconvenience or misunderstanding with the core team. We must go calmly, in what we really authorize to have the exclusiveness of Dash. We can attack social networks hard.
Until we have the full support of the community we can not advertise things that have the possibility of not being accepted.
It is not only the financing of the treasury, it also influences the acceptance of the Dash community that you like our project.

Marketing plans take time for conceptualization, design and elaboration.
The grids are programmed. The designers are hired and the brand manual is created. Huitpro has gone through a fairly short process of brand design. Doing things right takes time. It's hard for you to understand. But I would be happy to show you more about the work done in the project development. We also have the portal operation contract where you specify exactly what will be achieved in this.
Things in the right way take time.
 
After reading this thread, I made a search for aratechnology and it looks this company has been making multiple proposals for Smartcash and trying to get funded for inflated bills. Things ended on a nasty note there with many accusations against them.

Wow nice shots you guys, Truly an exquisite research work, there are certainly valid points in your approach to the people of ARAtech. The problem I see here is not the budget or the discomforts you have about it, it is the way you express your complaints.

In my opinion ARAtech is only pursuing a valid goal, like all of us, I do not see why accusations as severe as "scammers" should be used. Remember that the meaning of scammer is: "someone who makes money using illegal methods, especially by tricking people" and nobody in this forum has been tricked (in fact that's the whole system of proposals for, to avoid scams) having said that seems that the right approach is to criticize contributing ideas that help improve the team that developed the proposal, after reading the thread I can only understand that you are interested in the community grows, but attacking Its not the way.

I guess you will say that I am a friend of ARA to justify your arguments but understand that a healthy community is a community that supports each other, if there are flaws in the proposal help improve, guide, contribute, not only attack in that salty way.

the accusations are very appreciated, they help us to see all the flanks, but one thing is to accuse and another thing to assure. See the potential of the proposal with fair eyes, criticize it but do not try to destroy what for others has meant hard work and time, it is very easy to criticize, is it difficult to criticize constructively?
