How is Dash's governing body different from Bitshare's, Decred's, and Ethereum's?

What is different about each of them? Surely each of them have pros and cons. Why is Dash's the one I should work on?

ASAIK, Ethereum has the foundation which makes all decisions about the development. So, at least for the moment their governing model is pretty simple, not sure is it good or bad though.
