Address Conversion
The hashes used in P2PKH and P2SH outputs are commonly encoded as Dash addresses. This is the procedure to encode those hashes and decode the addresses.

You could try checking a tool like https://github.com/primal100/pybitcointools for this. I can't vouch for the security of it, but it claims to have Dash support and can probably at least put you on the right track.

You have done precisely zero research on your own, you are looking for people to give you code for your homework assignment or code fork of Dash. Do it yourself! Come back when you have showed what work you actually did. The person responding to you is extremely busy with real work and you are wasting their time.
