Sorry to say that we can't help you here - "not yet redeemed" means the Dash was transferred and hasn't been spent yet. GateHub has it. If you weren't credited then you need to talk to GateHub to find out why.
Here's another thread that mentions issues with GateHub. As strophy says above, "not yet redeemed" just means the recipient received the funds but has not moved them yet. This is a common misunderstanding. You'll have to contact them.
