Bitcart - is it still legit?

I successfully used bitcart in the past to buy Amazon gift cards.
So I blindly tried to buy some about 8 hours ago at https://bitcart.io/ ... is this legit? Have I been scammed?
Well, my dashboard to still showing 'failed transaction'
I also realised now that the site gives no way to contact bitcart.
I have sent a mail to [email protected] but not reply.

How does one reach fergal eccles ?
I am hoping that this is just a very temporary bug on bitcart's side ... ?

According to bitcart support they are having trouble with the [email protected] email, and they have asked for people to send to [email protected] instead, for now - so you can try that.

Also the bitcart support team is often available in the dedicated #bitcart channel on our discord server (see my signature for the discord link).

The user experience with bitcart is not always the best and I don't necessarily endorse the service myself, but from what I have seen, people who continue to seek out support especially on the discord channel, end up having their issue resolved.
