Balance not changing on DASH blockchain after transaction from EXCHANGE

Hi, people, I have done a transaction from EXCHANGE to my address. First attempt was succesful with 0.1 DASH. The second attempt with 1.9 DASH to the same address still pending after 2 hours ( no update on BLOCKCHAIN, the same 0.1DASH ) even though EXCHANGE states that transaction has been completed.. what might be the reason. Is this the usual delay?

The delay is probably caused by the exchange. Did they give you a transaction ID (txid) when you did the withdrawal?
 
Thanks, for your reply. They gave me transaction ID and there is also statement "Completed". Still waiting in line for their support. I did transaction 3 hours ago.
 
Is it on the blockchain? If not it' stuck on their end.
Sometimes you get a tx but no peers see the tx and it' not broadcasted. See what they respond you.
 
Got a reply from EXCHANGE support. It is Suspended at their end for unknown reason, according to support. Promised me to fix this issue from to 2 hour to 1 day. Even though status showed me "Completed". Still waiting for an issue to be fixed (after 6 hours).
 
Hi, amount has reflected on the blockchain. It was around 10 hours after i did the transaction. The delay was caused by the EXCHANGE I believe.
