I was having lots of issues too, so I also tried deleting everything. Going to let it re sync and try mixing again.

No need. I just didn't know which programs I needed. That is, I didn't know I needed both dash-cli and dashd now. I thought we only used dash-cli now but it didn't work ;P. Then I simply put all of the binaries created into my folder, and it sort of worked ( pre fix)

Anyway, I still have no idea why there is a test_dashd or a test_dash-qt in the folder? What are they?

And finally, what is dash-tx?

So, as for testing, I had 2000 coins mix at depth of 5 last night. Today it says it's 100% complete (which surprised me as it's so fast!) And now when I look at my denominations, it doesn't seem right. I didn't add anything up, but I am pretty sure I don't have 2000 coins denominated and mixed 5 X. Many of my denominated coins are only mixed 1-4 times. This could be due to previous mixings of course. But that's what I have to report at the moment. I darksent 2000 coins without problems, but it honestly looked like I didn't have 5 rounds on them.

Upon second thought, perhaps the previous coins that I mixed stayed the way they had been mixed and my new instructions only mixed the few needed to mix 2000 coins? So then, the previous instructions which might have only been to do 2 rounds counted toward the 2000 coins but were not brought up to 5 rounds. So if this is how it is supposed to work, I guess all is ok?

glitchy pool but I am mining so that you should have a block every 30 seconds,we're at number 69676, use getblockcount in wallet to confirm

Edit: I have seperated from the pool chain again, I am stuck on 69676

I did get it. I don't have the experience in the Testnet field to know if it's going well or not, but it seems that it's not so smooth. And forks are never good, unless intentional!

EDIT: My mixing seems to be going OK, though...

BTW everyone, there is no reason to throw out your wallet.dat when something isn't working. It's almost never a wallet.dat problem. I'm kind of worried we'll run out of coins to play with if ya'all keep doing that, LOL (probably not, but..........)

Looks like we'll get an update soon ;)
 
OK guys I wanted to try now the latest testnet wallet, Evan posted after fix and it supposed to be 0.12.0.1 version but after downloading the latest links there is still 0.12.0.0....
am I doing something wrong, are there newer links I`ve missed???

and downloaded win64 version, the wallet is still 32bit ;)

I downloaded the 32-bit version, it shows correct version number.

Edit: splawik21, besides, a new version is coming out soon.. :)

its just packed with wrong versionnumber (zip packed), if you look at yr wallet and check Help - About Dash you will find correct version and the 64 bit mentioned (i'm running it also).

My version in linux download just said 12.0.0 but when I check getinfo it says 120001

I think I am on the correct one? Am I?

Just checked, yes, I am on the right one :) Try starting what you downloaded
