that is a good question 
initially it was not listed as last electrum version was a fix for broken (previous version) electrum
as electrum will eventually not be maintained it was not listed - to get people on other wallets
(but now with akhavr being in full action maybe we should reconsider ? did his electrum maintainanace proposal get voted in ?)

It did, but now another bummer - my time was consumed by urgent stuff. Now I'm recruiting a dev to do the work within the original budget and scope and to continue the work on the roadmap.
