Why is darkcoin.io and darkcoin-qt.exe setting off malware alarms?

Chrome considers darkcoin-qt.exe to be malware and blocks it.
Webroot goes apeshit over darkcoin.io, calls it malware, and blocks it.
What's going on here?

I believe that is just Chromes security settings. If I am right, bitcoin-qt.exe would trigger the same security alarm.
I did have not have any errors either.
