When do I need to backup my wallet? After receiving / sending dash?

Let's say I have a wallet with 500 DASH. I back it up now. 10 min later I receive 2000 DASH for example. Is it recommended to back it up again?

Let's say I have 1100 DASH in my wallet. I back it up now. 10 min later I setup a masternode using 1000 DASH from that wallet. Do I have to back it up again?

Read that thing about keypool again ;)

No, receiving does not "use" keys, no new keys are created so no additional backup is needed.
No, even though setting up a masternode requires sending 1000 DASH to a single address (i.e. this would require to "use" one address for a change and new one will be created), 999 keys would still match keys in you backup which is ok.

Very well, thanks again UdjinM6!
