Ladies and Gentlemen. I'm having some issues with enabling UFW on my VPS instance and I'm looking for suggestions. When logged in via Putty, I'm able to install and setup the UFW rules per Taos' guide. However after enabling it, the instance just hangs and I get disconnected from the session. I am making sure that I allow the port from which I'm logging in with, so I'm not sure where the problem lies. Once disconnected, I'm only able to connect to the server after rebooting it, in which case it must reset the rules. When I connect again and check UFW status, it's inactive. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Also, let me know if there is any other pertinent information which I can provide. Thanks in advance.
