a little bit of "interaction" would definitely help !

I see some Vanilla coin subforum was added there. If this keeps going DASH subforum will become lost among hundreds of shitty alt coin subforums.

We should probably ask the mods to create a separate forum section for top 10 altcoins by market cap or something.

lets get this started and engaged first, and then we can take the next steps.
i / we know the mods, so that should be possible

but most important
NOT to start any Altcoinshi.. over there !
(i think that is what they are waiting/looking/ .... for)

Hmm perhaps we should change this mindset that DASH is an altcoin, which sounds a bit like 2nd hand alternative. Creates this perception Bitcoin is the big honcho are the rest are wannabe weaker coins which is very far from the truth when it comes to DASH.

Choosing to promote and stand behind Bitcoin instead of DASH is like choosing to promote the CD Player when there's Cloud storage available. Just doesn't make any sense. We should perhaps try and change the dialogue.

well it is a BTC forum and Roger is the BTC jesus , so we should take that slow I guess

Yeah, I wasn't talking about this forum specifically but in general. Ofc Roger Ver is heavily invested in Bitcoin and even this Bitcoin.com domain for which he paid a big chunk of money deepens the sunk cost fallacy in his case.

People like Roger Ver or Erik Vorhees are slowly coming around I think. Erik Vorhees changed his mind from saying only Bitcoin is the holy grail to starting a business like shapeshift focused on other cryptos.

Once their DASH stake is high enough we should hear a different tune from them and other people currently promoting Bitcoin exclusively.

Yes i totally agree, and we are.
Most PR and News and whatnot we are doing is BTC related (or BTC mentioned/compared *keywords and all*)
and we are definitely getting traction there (i am not talking about the Dash price).
It takes time, i think we are finally (just/ slowly) getting past the Altcoin scene and are establishing/established above the top 10.

personal connections in the general BTC scene (sounds stupid but is true) really help
i know a bunch of 'known' btc people (on friendly bases, i am not selling anything, they know that i am with Dash) by now
and that really helps and gets you different access to referrals/connections/introductions/ ...., i wish i knew more people like that,
but it is hard work and just takes so much time to maintain.

friendly Dash engagement outside of the DCT/BTC world really helps !
i can only encourage everybody again to do so

DASH is still very much low profile. I bet there are thousands of activists out there who would embrace DASH in a blink if they knew about it. Many just don't know there's a much faster and anon to send/receive money and bypass not only big brother but the banking cartels and do it in a second not one hour.
