Testnet Masternode Guide for Fedora, CentOS, RHEL

I wrote (YAMID) Yet Another Masternode Installation Document specifically for Testnet (v12.1) on Fedora, CentOS, RHEL using the RPMs I have been building for y'all for some time. Since they are RPMs, we want to leverage that and so I also describe how to set up local repositories so it "does the right thing" pulling in all the correct dependencies which makes installation rather trivial and easily replicable.

And... I tested it even! ;)

Added firewall configuration instruction for firewalld (all you ubuntu people are scratching your heads). :)
Scrunched the pedantic [TAGGING]
Took it out of "draft" and made it public.

Dash Core on Fedora Linux, CentOS, and Red Hat Enterprise Linux
A complete overhaul...

I completely overhauled how I am delivering Dash Core RPM packages. All the guidance is now in github and the RPMs are in actual dnf/yum repositories so that it is now trivial to keep up-to-date with any changes for Fedora, CentOS, or RHEL users. It also simplified installation instruction (docs still need cleanup, but… they are better).

UPDATED (Jan 24, 2017) because a lot has changed.
Go here for information about Dash and Fedora, CentOS, or Red Hat Enterprise Linux: https://github.com/taw00/dashcore-rpm
Go here for fully updated v12.1 for that platform: https://github.com/taw00/dashcore-rpm/tree/master/documentation
