In DIP3 masternodes each node must have different owner (voting) address. One can't reuse it for few masternodes. Moreover, owner can't be the same as payee.
What is the reason to enforce these limitations? I read somewhere that this was done to prevent owner address exposure. But masternode list has all addresses clearly shown. So why are these restrictions?
