Stuck on "Processing blocks on disks"

I recently had a problem with Dash Core where after loading it up, the program would be stuck on Connecting to Peers. I fixed this problem by downloading a bootstrap and launching Dash with that, and it got me past the issue. Now it is just stuck on "Processing blocks on disk" and is seemingly not doing anything. I left it like this for 2 1/2 days and nothing has changed. What am I doing wrong and how can I fix this?

If your node stuck on the block 1379127, please make sure to download the latest version (0.16.1.1). Once updated, open Tools -> Debug Console and run reconsiderblock 000000000000000afecd3ab8c45c69bcf9556a8b2c871cb15ed51d9457bd703d command first and then run clearbanned. This should get you past the hard-fork block and you node should start finding some peers. Should take a half an hour or so to fully sync after that.
