The Evaluators:
Benglian; Chosen; Leonidas; Name3; Semarg; Syntheist; Tallyho
put in many hours of work, fine tuning the Guidelines and countless procedures and then finally started the evaluation process. Busy with a number of proposals at the moment, working in teams.
2 or more Evaluators each do an evaluation of each proposal assigned to their team and then compare notes/discuss/debate and combine their separate evaluations into one Report.

No. No connection at all.
The PEC (Proposal Evaluation Committee) was created a couple of months ago and has been methodically building the PEC infrastructure up to now:
Main one being creating PEC Evaluator Guidelines https://goo.gl/Futw1d needed to effectively and consistently evaluate proposals.

Now we are in the final testing phase of Phase 1 of the PEC Road Map Summary https://goo.gl/TD6dtw - doing actual evaluations and publishing Reports.
End of the month we want to publish the promised: Prioritized List of Evaluated Proposals,

We've actually completed most of Phase 2 already - just some admin and fine tuning left and then we're on to the next Big one:
Phase 3: Investigate a solution for monitoring of accepted proposals.
