Does not work for me either -maybe it's a bug in toolsley?Hey,
dash-0.12.0.49-linux64.tar.gz
Could you give it a go on toolsley? https://www.toolsley.com/verify.html
I got all the files from the downloads section of dashpay.io
Pablo.
Ok, thanks for taking the time flare
Must be a file-size limit - i resigned the binary with my own key, and got the same result: INVALIDOk, thanks for taking the time flare. I'll have to learn how to do it on the console if thats the case
.
Pablo.
Please post if you get a favorable reply.

And now it works:Hi,
Apparently there was a bug in the file reader code that only triggered for files between 10 and 20 megs. (The loader works on 10 meg slices at a time to reduce memory usage and improper initialization made it fail to read the file completely when it was more than one but less than 2 full slices in size.)
It also affected the Hash&Validate tool.
Both should be fixed now.
Could you try it again?
Thanks,
Viktor
Sure, it runs without installation inside the browser.flare -- can we use this tool with windows?
Where do we get the .asc file? I only see the signature from here: https://www.dashpay.io/binaries/dash-0.12.0.50-win32.zip.ascSure, it runs without installation inside the browser.

Just drag & drop the file you want to verify and the corresponding signature (.asc) - the key will be retrieved automagically

I uploaded this file after clicking on the "signature" icon from the far left... but it does not show on the screen.
Also is the key ID "0x4b..." a given key or how do we find it? I went ahead and typed this key in and this is what i have:

No i didn't. I opened the page, copied and pasted and saved it as an .asc file under extension "All files".. so it is an .asc file.
