Payoneer with Paypal, which one is best and the cost is lower?

Payoneer has a fee even for checking the balance... But it available in more countries, then Paypal

I have both integrated on my site. Payoneer is good for asian customers and Paypal is best for every payment because it is widely available around the world. Payoneer have many hidden charges too.
