Hi folks, I have searched for topics but not found any solutions

My dash payout from Genisis has gone astray, I can see the payment on cryptoID
But says wallet:none
The address must have come from the dash wallet app but does not show up on my address list.

Can I retrieve the payment?

no idea how genesis works
i would check with them / or give them a new address you actually have access to !

as of "astray" payments
if you do not have access to that wallet (which received the payment) you can not retrieve it
