Proposal Evaluation Committee (PEC) needs 2 Evaluators.
Unfortunately you will not be paid the 1st month, but the 2nd month you will get 15 Dash (if the PEC gets funded).
After that we’ll have a look at the amount of work/hours and get recommendations from thedesertlynx re fair payment.
Proposals will be divided according to your skill set – you won’t have to do all of them - and as the proposals increase we’ll recruit more Evaluators.
Duties:
1. New Pre-Proposals get assigned to an Evaluator. Evaluator prepares and posts a Report. The Report is very short – just 6 numbers actually, but you will also comment on shortcomings. As the Proposal Originator adjusts her/his proposal to get higher marks she/he will inform you and you will adjust the relevant mark(s), if necessary.
In this way the Evaluators assist with fine-tuning Pre-proposals to as high a level as possible.
2. As the Pre-Proposal end-date is reached, your report will automatically be a final Report.
The Evaluators then post a prioritized short list for use by the community/MNO’s.

4. We will start evaluating on the 7th of June, with the 1st Shortlist to be handed in early July 2017.
5. You will have to keep a record of all hours spent on this test-run.
We will need it to give to thedesertlynx.
6. You will also have the fun task of evaluating the PEC’s own Pre-Proposal

Even if you don’t think you will make the top 2 now, or even if you are not an MNO, please apply because we might need more Evaluators sooner than we think and then you are on the list already.
