MN ban or exit clearly

1) - does MN IP is in blockchain to the end of the world ?

2) - does its posible to stop a MN for some time and restart it later, with same IP key .... ?

3) - Does a ban ip adress if for life ?

4) - do they have a command ligne to delete an MN IP from list, like if he never existing ?

1.) It's not in the blockchain but on the Masternode list.

2.) Yes.

3.) Not sure about the ban process.

4.) After deactivation, eventually the IP falls off the MN list.

To quit clearly a MN, what is the commande line ?
MN side or Wallet side ?

I'd be interested to find more details on how banning works as well. Does anyone know if there is a way to tell if your masternode has been banned and if so the reason for the ban?

5.) After everything is configured and run correctly how long before a masternode should show on the list?
