I don't know where you get your numbers, but even Bitmain explictly says that the S9 uses 1600 W at the wall with a server grade PSU and generally up to 533 W per hash board (multiply this by 3 for total power). 135 euro isn't unreasonable if that includes electricity and cooling. Generally, colo places will meter, and since the S9 definitely does not use 1.15 kW at the wall, either you're advertising a price that isn't realistic or your pricing is just based on inaccurate info.

For comparison, Advania charges 75 EUR / KW or 120 EUR for a 1.6 KW S9, but you will have to pay for setup unless you go to Iceland or hire someone and then there is a monthly VPN fee. I haven't checked prices recently so they could have changed.
