Having problems with DMT&ledger

I'm trying to start my MasterNode back up and I keep getting error code 16? I'm not sure what is the reason of it, I am trying to use the "automatic" node. Manual always tells me that there isn't sufficient funds at the address even though there is. So I am stumped on what to do next?

The protx transaction type that you are trying to send has not yet been activated on our network (its part of v.0.13).
You are suppose to only update the software of Dash and provide a masternode start from cold wallet (step 1) and wait untill
our DIPS are activated. Basicly you went a step too far in the upgrade guide (https://docs.dash.org/en/latest/masternodes/dip3-upgrade.html#dip3-upgrade)

Once our DIPS are activated on our network (which could take awhile as we also need support of miners), we will be informed by Dash Core Group to continue with the upgrade guide (step 2).

I would advice you to check if your masternode is running with correct protocol by checking it on dashninja.pl (if portcheck is open, status is active, version is 0.13.0 and protocolversion is 70213 then you are all set for now)
