Please take a look at this printscreen from Ninja:

The list is sorted with "last paid" column and contains 16 hours. How can you explain that masternodes from similar ISP are chosen one after another? It does not seem to be random at all.

I noticed something similar to this yesterday while I was digging through the masternodes trying to find a reason why my node has not been paid since the 11.2.17 upgrade.
