I just read this article on coindesk about how coinjoin can be deanonymized (at least in Blockchain.info's version of it)

Could someone let me know how this applies to DarkCoin? I know that DRK uses some form of coinjoin, but there might be subtle differences that make it more resistant to this sort of attack.
