Deanonymization of CoinJoin article

I just read this article on coindesk about how coinjoin can be deanonymized (at least in Blockchain.info's version of it)

Could someone let me know how this applies to DarkCoin? I know that DRK uses some form of coinjoin, but there might be subtle differences that make it more resistant to this sort of attack.

The darkcoin devs never claimed that darksend was fully anonymous, only that as the number of transactions that were mixed via coinjoin increased, the harder it was to decipher the transaction linkages. So far, this appears to be the best solution out there (with the caveat that darksend is not open source and has not been scrutinized).
