Dash wallet won't send coins

I can't seem to send coins from my wallet. It keeps saying the transaction has timed out, I don't think it is syncing either. I am clueless with technology, they have dropped £700 in value in a week.

Do I download an electrum wallet from dash.org? A mobile wallet?
